Sorry its short my aparmnet has bad internet and deleted all of my email, and i dont have much time now, Hey everyone hope you are well this was a pretty crazy week for me with transfers. I'm in the supirse zone, but my area is actually in the city of Goodyear. I cover the wadell and canyon trails Wards. Our area is actually only 3 blocks by 5 blocks, and half of that is a huge retirement community called pebble creek. You can only go in by invite. And we also have a prison off to the side. There's 2 companionships of sisters in my district

Hey everyone! It's transfer week so I don't have much time. I hope you are doing very good, and that you have adventures. So I'm getting transferred I'm going to surprise Arizona, and my companion will he Elder carver. I'm very sad to leave I love cottonwood, and my district, but I trust the lord's taking me where I can do alot of good for others, and learn and grow myself. Also Clyde got baptized! It was super special, and I'm very happy I was able to be a part of it. But anyways longer email next week I promise 😁

Have a great week!

May 9, 2022

So this was probably the most normal week I've had in a while, but it was still a lot of fun, and much good work was done. I hope you all had really good weeks and learned some things, and that you are actively working twords some goal. We are only teaching Clyde, and dianna now, but they are both doing very good! Clyde's baptism is this coming week, and we got everything planned out, and good to go. Other than that we have done a lot of door knocking, and talking to people this week. We have definitely had some interesting conversations. One guy told us our futures, and read our energy and we didn't even have to pay anything. One In a lifetime experience 😂 but we didn't find anyone who was interested in hearing us out, but it was good getting out and working, and doing our best. That's one thing that has been very apparent to me this week. Is the that there is peace in Christ. I did get to go on exchanges this week with Elder Peterson it was a lot of fun, but every single one of our appointments canceled that day.  Another cool thing we got to do this week was help build a metal building we just did lots of screwing in nuts and bolt because we can't get up on the scaffolding, but it was very fun. Anyways we are going into the last week of the transfer so we will see where I'm at next week.

May 2, 2022

I feel I've started every email the Same, so I'm saying this just to switch it up ya know. I hope everything that's happening in your life's is good or will lead to something good or growth. Making the best out of a difficult situation brings lots of peace. Even though it's very hard. This was a super crazy week for me it was awesome! It all started with zone conference. We our first zoom session on Tuesday it was pretty good. We are focusing on grace, and the fall. Then right after our zoom session we went out to presscott for the in person session! It was super fun. But there's a bad fire down there, so it was smoky. We had some service pulling weeds this week a classic nothing special. Clyde, and dianna are doing super good! And brother Bailey who is in the area of the Elders in my district got baptized on sunday! It was awesome. We had a super awesome event where we got to drive to messa which is about 2 hours, and we listed to an apostle! It was Elder Anderson. It was such a cool experience. He talked about how the mission is such a good time for us to figure out what we actually belive for ourselves, and gain a solid foundation, and also how our mission us a really unique place. It was really cool. Also it was the birthday of a sister in my district the same day, so we went and got some sushi as a district before. But that was pretty much the week haha sorry I'm not very a prolific writer. If you have any questions just shoot me an email. Hope you all have an awesome week full of adventures.

April 25, 2022

Hello everyone! Hope you all had an eventful week In a good way, I know I definitely did haha. To jump into things we had a service the classic. The yard hadn't been taken care of in years, and the person that asked us was unaware, so we thought it was just gunna be some weeds, but it was a jungle. Nevertheless without any tools Elder Omer, and I has to get creative. We looked around the yard, and found a weeder we'd both never seen one before, so we had no idea how to use it, but we ended up using it like a scythe it was actually pretty fun. Also literally the biggest fire ant colony I have ever seen was in the yard. We will be going back to finish. The next eventful thing that happend is a member of our ward tumbled down a 50 foot incline, and broke some ribs so we gave him a visit in the hospital. Later in the week we received a referral for Marcia we stopped by, and she was super nice, and interested. Then we stopped by for our follow up appointment, and the husband was not happy to see us, so more to come on that. Then we had exchanges, Actually 2 this week! One with Elder Barnett of my district, and Elder Lonsdale one of the zone leaders. They were pretty normal days though. Then we layer Cement! It was a service for brother farr, and it was pretty fun, because I had some Cement experience from high-school. Then later that night we started teaching another person! And it was pretty awesome we were just getting gas at circle k. It's the end of the day, and we are pretty good friends with the people at circle k, buy there was a new cashier, and they were like hey you should come to my house my husband is a member, and my daughter loves Jesus. It was pretty cool, and unexpected haha. Then another super super awesome thing we got to go to this week was an Elders quorem activity. Where we golfed! We got a returning member we are working with to come with us, and our president gave us the go ahead. It was my first time on a real course, and I loved it so much I hit 60 on 9 holes, which I hear is below average, but the only direction is up from here. Elder Omer players in high-school, and he did very good, and our returning member had a very good time. It was an over all great experience. Then to end the week off we had a fantastic Sunday. We had all of our meetings and 3 super awesome meeting, so we were rushing from one place to the other, but we extended 2 baptismal invitations to Clyde, and dianna, and they both accepted. They where very spiritual lessons, but anyways it was awesome. To end I would just like to share: I know I keep it pretty positive in my emails, but it's still very difficult sometimes, but I've learned more that another other time. That there is a God, he is my father,  he loves me, and he has kept me up and going through all the trails. Thanks all! I would love to hear how things are going for you guys! Have a good one

April 18, 2022

Hello everyone! Happy Easter. I hope you all had a good week, and used it as an excuse to eat to much candy. We had a pretty good week out her in cottonwood! It all started with interviews at the beginning of the week. We drove up to Flagstaff, and had our interviews which are always good. On the way back we went a different way through oak Creek canyon, and it was the most the most senic drive ever. Like it was the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen in my life. It was so cool, but we were driving so no pictures sorry 😅 I'm sure you can look it up it's so cool. Then the next day we had another visit with guitar master John, and sparrow they are they coolest most interesting people haha, we've been having really good conversations, and we've been talking about the gospel, and he's been showing us stiff on guitar, he can shred hard-core it's sick. We are hoping they will come to chruch soon they are very busy, and hard to track down, but we are building a good relationship. We were able to have our first lesson with Sarah, and Mike! And oh boy was it interesting haha, so basicly we are trying to set some background, and get on the same page, and just starts going off about this energy stuff it was wild, but ultimately it was super cool we brought brother Allred with us, and we were all able to get on the same page. Even though we did not understand each other, they were super humble, and open so it worked out. Later that week we had a service where we raked a yard that had SO many dead pine needles it was insane the yard had like 6 giganormas pine trees, and it hadn't been cleaned in years, it was pretty fun. Also another service we got to do this week was sand some cabinets for brother alread it was also fun, but we got very dirty, but he bought us some burgers, and it was the best. Finally to end the week we had Easter Sunday, and we got to speak in chruch it was great. It was only 5 minutes talks, and I basicly just got to bear my testimony of the savior. That's the good news! He lives, and because of him we can aswell. Now with joy, and in eternity.

April 11, 2022

Hey everyone what's up? Just another week here in cottonwood for me. Here's the weekly, but I hope you all are doing well. This next week I'll hit a year out here. I still can't process that haha. We've had a pretty abnormal week haha. Not in a bad way it's been way fun! And we started to teach some people this week! It's been awesome to see all our hard work pay off. To start off the week we had a super labor intensive service for brother farr in our ward i got sunburnt it was crazy! But brother farr is awesome, and it was a lot of fun. We were laying a water pipe, and there's a lot more that goes into that than I thought, but now I know. We were very dirty after. Later in the week we had a cdc combined district council meeting. Where the zone gets together, and talks about our goals/focus for the transfer. My mtc comp came up to zone 1 to be my zone leader! And I get to work pretty close with them, so it's been awesome. Cdc was in flagstaff so it was a drive, but it's always a fun meeting. We've done all sorts of service this week from helping unpack boxes and sort to helping serve at a funeral. It's been awesome to see how the service is affecting the work in such a positive way, and I love service! We got to go tracting with chaz, a missionary that just got home from his mission a couple weeks ago! It was so awesome because we have not been having very much success tracting here, but we just had the coolest night we only got to knock 5 doors in an hour, and 3 of them we had the coolest conversation. One was a nice old man that asked us to come back later, but to pray for him, and his wife on the door step. The next is Sarah, and Mike who we started teaching they said it's funny we came because they were just talking about looking into churches in the area. The next is Zach coolest experience ever, so he's a senior in high-school we were walking to the car to end the night, and his dog was outside barking at us, and he was getting the dog so we struck up a conversation. We actually had seen him at circle k(the gas station) the other day so it was a good icebreaker, but he's a member. He hadent been to chruch in 6 years, and recently broke his leg really bad, and started praying again lately, and asking for a way to come back to chruch. Chaz offered him a ride, and he showed up and bore his testimony! It was awesome. Anyways that one was a long one. Hope you all are happy let me know if I can help 😄

April 5, 2022

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a good week where cool things happend. I had a pretty cool week. The week started off pretty normal, but we had a pretty eventful weekend. Starting off with conference! I liked this one a lot. My favorite theme was the focus on hope as well as the principle that God's our loving heavenly father, and all we belive reflects that. Then we had some services on Monday. First we helped someone install a water filter, and a shower head. Then we finished sister Feeneys yard. Roger helped us with all his lawn equipment. We were super thankful, and it was fun. I also learned a lot about effective yard work haha. Then of course we had transfers to finish it off. I'm going into my 9th transfer, and I'll hit a year in this one. Very crazy, but I'm not moving any where I'm going into my 3rd transfer here in cottonwood. Elder Omer, and I will stay comps aswell. I'm excited for this transfer our president told us we will be driving to messa in a couple weeks to hear from, an apostle I'm so excited. Anyways time continues, I hope it treats you well. Let me know if I cam do anything for you. Sorry there is no pictures this week. I'll do better this transfer. Like I saw every transfer 😂, but for reals this time

Letter catch up!!

Wow!  Didn't realize it had been so long since I had posted his letters.  He did miss a couple weeks for the first time in his mission...
